Just In: 2Q22 Agency Mortgage Tally Lowest Since Early 2019

Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae issued $449.19 billion of single-family MBS in the second quarter, a 26.6% nosedive from the first three months of the year. It was the lowest quarterly volume since the second quarter of 2019.
