The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate jumped up again last week, to 3.75% — the highest it’s been since March 2020. Last week’s increase of 12 basis points is the fourth consecutive week of increasing rates, and now 48 basis points — 3.27% to 3.75% — over a four-week span. (MBA mention)
