WFG National Title Promotes Suzanne Tinsley to SVP
WFG National Title Insurance Co., Portland, Ore., promoted Southwest Regional Manager Suzanne Tinsley to SVP for the company’s Southwest, Western and Rocky Mountain Regions.
Tinsley, who was previously responsible for running the daily agency operations in Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, will now expand her role to include leadership of agency operations for all three company regions. She will support WFG’s current agent base, drive expansion and oversee all associated staff and state-related initiatives, improvement and budget initiatives, training and education for the regions.
Tinsley began her career in the real estate industry in 2001, transitioning from the oil and gas industry after 9/11. Her experience includes direct title sales for a national title insurance company and a regional independent agent.

Austin is an experienced executive with a history of working in financial services in the information technology and services fields. He is skilled in Banking and Mortgage, Business Development, Account Management and Sales Team Building.
BH Properties Names John Carl III, Andrew Van Tuyle to Executive Roles
BH Properties, Los Angeles, named John Carl III as Senior Managing Director to head the firm’s value-add acquisitions platform out of its Dallas office and expanded Andrew Van Tuyle’s role as Senior Managing Director.
Carl, with more than two decades of principal-based real estate investment experience across multiple product types and markets, will be responsible for leading and expanding the company’s existing acquisitions team and to grow the firm’s real estate portfolio which includes more than 100 office, multifamily, industrial, retail and ground lease assets in 19 states throughout the country.
Carl joins BH Properties from Dallas-based Marley Park Capital Management, a boutique commercial real estate investment and advisory firm of which he was a founding partner. Previously, he was vice president of Sarofim Realty Advisors, a Dallas-based registered real estate investment advisory firm. He began his career with Archon Capital, a Goldman Sachs owned entity, where he spent 10 years originating high yielding real estate investments resulting in approximately 40 transactions and almost $2.5B of invested capital in a variety of product types.
Van Tuyle’s role has been expanded to strategic investments, bankruptcy and distressed debt. Under his direction, the company provides DIP/Chapter 11 trustee/receivership financing, stalking horse bids and has acquired non-performing loans and assets through sales and general auctions.
Ncontracts Names Shawn McKee Chief Marketing Officer
Ncontracts, Brentwood, Tenn., appointed Shawn McKee as Chief Marketing Officer. He will set the overall marketing strategy to drive awareness and demand for the Ncontracts suite of products.
McKee brings 20 years of experience. Previously, he was CMO of WebPT, a platform for rehab therapists to treat patients, stay compliant and manage payments. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles for fast-growth companies of all sizes, including CareCloud (MTBC), Cohealo and eDiets.
