Mortgage Rates Keep Climbing, Show No Sign of Slowing Down

It has been nearly three decades since mortgage rates spiked this quickly. And there’s no indication they are going to slow down anytime soon. According to the latest data released Thursday by Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate average rose for the fifth week in a row to 4.72 percent with an average 0.8 point. (MBA mention)
