Mortgage Rates Persist in their Ascent, Hitting Six-Month Highs

Mortgage rates continued to climb this week, reaching highs not seen since April. According to the latest data, released Thursday by Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate average rose to 3.14 percent with an average 0.7 point. (MBA mention)
