MBA Appoints 2022 Residential Board of Governors
SAN DIEGO—The Mortgage Bankers Association announced members of its 2022 Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) and chairs of its Residential Committees.
“This year’s RESBOG lineup represents a comprehensive collection of industry experts, who know what’s best for the entire real estate finance industry,” said Kristy Fercho, MBA Chairman and Executive Vice President and Head of Home Lending with Wells Fargo. “I look forward to working with both groups as we continue to address top-line priorities for the industry.”
RESBOG is the governing body for MBA’s single-family residential members, responsible for establishing legislative and regulatory policies and positions on residential lending issues.
Al Blank, Union Home Mortgage, Strongsville, Ohio, will serve as 2022 RESBOG Chair. Chrissi Rhea, Mortgage Investors Group, will serve as RESBOG Vice Chair.
