Housing Economist Sanders: Home Price Growth Rate ‘Is Not Sustainable’

Particularly in coastal cities, house prices are at record high, exceeding prices during the infamous housing bubble of 2005-2007. This rate of growth is not sustainable, since the ratio of house price growth to earnings growth is even worse than at the peak of the housing bubble, said Anthony Sanders of George Mason University and Deutsche Bank AG.
