CBC Mortgage Agency Promotes Miki Adams to President

CBC Mortgage Agency, Cedar City, Utah, promoted Miki Adams to president. Adams takes over from Richard Ferguson, who will work on developing new affordable housing initiatives.

Adams, who previously served as executive vice president of CBCMA, has 30 years of mortgage lending experience. Her background includes credit and collateral underwriting, secondary marketing and portfolio asset management, regulatory compliance and regulatory audit and examination management.

Joe Langner

ReverseVision Names Joe Langner CEO

ReverseVision, San Diego, promoted Joe Langner to president and CEO. In this expanded role, Langner will lead ReverseVision’s mission to empower America’s seniors to use home equity as part of retirement finance.

Langner has more than 30 years’ executive experience driving growth at marquee mortgage technology and software companies. A former chief operating officer and chief sales officer at Ellie Mae, Langner was a member of the senior leadership team that substantially grew its market share leading up to the firm’s initial public offering in 2011. Previously, he served as CEO of Blue Sage, a cloud-based, digital lending platform; president of PCLender, a Fiserv affiliate; executive vice president of Sage (SGE.L), a provider of operations management technology; and senior vice president of Dun and Bradstreet.

John Button, former CEO, will continue to advise the corporate board as a member of the board of ReverseVision and represent ReverseVision in a range of industry organizations and events.

Evan Lippow

CenterPoint Promotes Evan Lippow SVP of Investments for West Region

CenterPoint Properties, Oak Brook, Ill., appointed Evan Lippow to Senior Vice President of Investments for the West Region, responsible for the company’s investment strategy in southern California, the Bay Area and Seattle.

Lippow joined CenterPoint as Vice President of Investments for the East Region in 2017. Before joining CenterPoint, he focused on acquisitions and asset management for a Bay Area-based publicly traded industrial REIT.
