U.S. Household Income, Savings Rose at End of Last Year

U.S. household income rose for the first time in three months in December as a new round of government-aid efforts kicked in, priming the economy for stronger growth this year once the pandemic recedes and businesses fully reopen, the Commerce Department said Friday.
