Mortgage Rates Spike to Highest Level in Two Months

One week after falling to record lows, mortgage rates rebounded sharply to their highest levels since mid-November. According to the latest data released Thursday by Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate average climbed to 2.79 percent with an average 0.7 point. (MBA mention)
