LoanLogics Names Quinn Thomas Chief Revenue Officer

Quinn Thomas

LoanLogics, Jacksonville, Fla., named Quinn Thomas chief revenue officer. He will be responsible for establishing and developing ongoing relationships with LoanLogics’ largest enterprise clients as well as leading the company’s sales, marketing, account management and audit operations.

Thomas has more than 30 years of experience in sales, mostly for financial services companies. He joins LoanLogics from Deluxe Corp., where he was vice president of sales in the company’s payments division. Previously, he held executive sales positions with several companies, including LexisNexis (formerly ChoicePoint) and CheckFree Corp. (now part of Fiserv).

Azimuth GRC Appoints Joe Proto to Board of Directors

Azimuth GRC, Jacksonville, Fla., appointed Joe Proto to its board of directors.

Proto is an entrepreneur and investor with more than four decades of banking and financial tech experience. He previously cofounded Financial Telesis, now part of Wells Fargo, as well as RemitCo which was acquired by FirstData and also Windham Ventures. Most recently He served as CEO and chairman of Transactis, which was acquired by Mastercard in 2019. He retired as EVP of Mastercard in November 2021.

TCN Worldwide appointed Pete Alveal, Principal of Premier Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Indianapolis as the central regional vice president. He will serve as an advisor to the member firms located within this region as well as act as a liaison with TCN Worldwide’s corporate headquarters.

He has diverse knowledge across various disciplines; Office, Industrial, Retail, Land, Medical and Investment Real Estate.

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC Taps Randy Engel, Connor Burns for Memphis Office

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC, Charlotte, N.C., hired Randy Engel as senior vice president and office manager for the firm’s new Memphis, Tenn., production office. Along with Engel, Grandbridge hired Connor Burns as an analyst to assist in the Memphis office at 999 Shady Grove Road South.

With more than 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, Engel has a lifetime production loan volume of more than $3 billion including life company, agency, CMBS and balance sheet loans. Prior to joining Grandbridge, he was in commercial real estate lending and mortgage banking with Magna Bank/Pinnacle Bank where he established its life company correspondent network which grew from zero to 14 correspondents. He also previously established a production office for Laureate Capital, a predecessor of Grandbridge.

Burns, who joins the new team as an analyst, will be responsible for financial modeling, underwriting analysis, transaction management and production support.

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. Adds Stephanie Marcello, Erin Stines as Underwriting Counsel

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla., hired Stephanie Marcello and Erin Stines as Underwriting Counsel.

Erin Stines

Marcello will serve the company’s Mid-Atlantic team. She has worked in the title insurance industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Westcor, she was a title review attorney, as well as, serving as a claims counsel. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Florida.

Stines will support the Pacific Northwest team. After law school, she spent two years clerking for a United States District Court Judge in Tacoma before joining a Seattle law firm representing owners and lenders in litigation involving real property. While in private practice, she was frequently retained by title insurers to represent their insureds. That experience led her to the position of Trial Counsel for a national title insurance underwriter and later as Underwriting Counsel. She is admitted to practice law in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
