MBA Presents Alan Fowler, CMB, AMP, with Rosser Lifetime Achievement Award

The MBA Certified Mortgage Bankers (CMB) Society presented Alan Fowler, CMB, AMP, Senior Vice President of Mortgage Services with Nusenda Credit Union, Albuquerque, N.M., with its E. Michael Rosser, CMB, MBA Education Lifetime Achievement Award.

“Alan’s dedication to educating the mortgage industry for over 25 years has been phenomenal, and I am thrilled to see him recognized,” said Madeline Johnson, AMP, CMB and 2020 CMB Society Chair. “Alan has devoted his time to ensure our industry continues to provide exceptional services to the housing community. His presence throughout the mortgage industry is well-known and his efforts in assisting both emerging and experienced mortgage professionals has been unrivaled.”

Fowler has invested significant time into improving the quality of the real estate finance industry. He is a Faculty Fellow for MBA Education’s School of Mortgage Banking and a member of the Master Faculty. He has instructed several courses, workshops and webinars for the past two decades. Additionally, he taught a week-long School of Mortgage Banking session in Cairo, Egypt.

Fowler is a 40-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry and is a Master Certified Mortgage Banker, the highest designation in the real estate finance industry. As a Master CMB, he has sponsored and mentored several candidates in the program. Fowler is also an Accredited Mortgage Professional.

The E. Michael Rosser MBA Education Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an individual who has shown outstanding service to the Association, Certified Mortgage Bankers Society and the real estate finance industry.
