Mortgage Rates Reverse Course as 30-Year Climbs Back Above 3 Percent

Mortgage rates moved higher for the first time in six weeks. According to the latest data released Thursday by Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate average rose to 3.01 percent with an average 0.8 point. (MBA mention)
