Mortgage Rates Sink to All-Time Lows and May Be Headed Lower

Mortgage rates plummeted this week to the lowest levels in the history of Freddie Mac’s survey, which dates to 1971. According to the latest data released Thursday by the federally chartered mortgage investor, the 30-year fixed-rate average tumbled to 3.23 percent with an average 0.7 point. (MBA mention)
