Mortgage Rates are Flat Heading into the Holiday Week

According to the latest data released Thursday by Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate average was unchanged at 3.73 percent with an average 0.7 point. It was 4.62 percent a year ago. (MBA mention)
