Richard Clarida Sworn in as Vice Chairman of Federal Reserve Board

Clarida will serve as the No. 2 to Fed Chairman Jerome Powell, who administered the oath of office. Mr. Clarida was nominated to a four-year term as vice chairman in April by President Trump, and the Senate confirmed his nomination in August on a 69-26 vote.
