MBA Future Leaders Program Graduates 36 Residential Real Estate Finance Professionals
WASHINGTON, D.C.–The Mortgage Bankers Association today 36 mortgage professionals from the residential market segment in a graduation ceremony for its Future Leaders Program here at the association’s Annual Convention & Expo.
“MBA’s Future Leaders Program prepares mortgage professionals in both the single-family and commercial/multi-family markets with the tools they need to become leaders in the real estate finance industry,” said Chris George, 2019 MBA Chairman, and Founder, President and CEO of CMG Financial, San Ramon, Calif. “This year’s graduates of the program are the next generation of pioneers our industry will look up to for implementing meaningful business strategies, helping solve complex challenges, and ultimately drive the success for MBA members, their customers and the real estate finance industry as a whole.”
The Future Leaders Program, in its 22nd year, delivers a comprehensive leadership training experience for selected participants through three sessions offered throughout the year. These hands-on sessions are geared toward customized assessment of leadership skills and their strategic application; business analysis, and problem-solving and experiential learning through collaboration, networking and peer group interaction. The new class will join a national network of more than 532 real estate finance professionals who have been acclaimed by the industry as its next generation of leaders.
Initiated in 1996 by then-MBA President Ron J. McCord, CMB, the Future Leaders Program delivers a highly regarded curriculum focusing on leadership and business analysis skills that help candidates advance their careers in real estate finance.
