MBA Education Use of Trended Data Analytics for Quality Control Webinar Mar. 26
MBA Education hosts a webinar series, Use of Trended Data Analytics for Quality Control, beginning Monday, Mar. 26 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. ET.
Quality Control often reviews files on a month-by-month basis and does not develop an overall trajectory over a longer period of time such as quarterly, semi-annually and annually. Developing an overall data trend can spot patterns that are often not noticeable on a month-to-month basis. In addition, review of non-traditional metrics over a longer period can often yield patterns indicating potential training issues or even fraudulent activity.
Session Objectives
Demonstrate the necessity of reviewing error characteristics over a longer period of time to document patterns that would not normally be seen when looking at files only a month to month basis.
Introduce the review of data trends from non-traditional markers such as lack of reverification data and Automated Underwriting System runs
