Mortgage Rates Reach Highest Level in Nearly Two Months

According to the latest data released Thursday by Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate average climbed to 4.6 percent with an average 0.4 point, its highest level in nearly two months.It was 4.54 percent a week ago and 3.93 percent a year ago. (MBA mention)
