MBA Washington Update: Dan Grattan on MBA Letters to Capitol Hill, GSE Single Security

The Mortgage Bankers Association’s latest Washington Update features MBA Associate Vice President of Legislative Affairs Dan Grattan, who reports on three key developments from the past week.  

Grattan discusses a recent MBA letter to the Federal Housing Finance Agency on GSE credit score requirements; an MBA letter to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin on FinTech regulation; and FHFA’s announcement of the June 3, 2019 implementation of the unified Single Security to be used by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
