ECOA Rule Finalized

On Wednesday, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau issued a final rule amending the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. It also finalized other amendments to Regulation B, which implements ECOA, and its commentary to facilitate compliance with Reg B’s requirements for collection and retention of information.
