MBANow: Jordan Bucher on mPact–Young Professionals in Real Estate

The Mortgage Bankers Association released a new MBANow video featuring MBA Regulatory Assistant with Public Policy Jordan Bucher, who talks about a new program from MBA, mPact–Young Professionals in Real Estate Finance.

mPact is a newly created organization designed to get younger generations involved in the real estate finance industry. Bucher said the organization is geared toward professionals 35 years old and younger and/or who have less than 15 years of experience.

“This is a chance to provide opportunities for the next generation of mortgage professionals; to engage with industry peers; to improve their skills; and to learn more about MBA and what we can do for them.”

Membership in mPact includes access to an online community, including online discussions, ability to post content and participate in mPact webinars and networking opportunities.

Upcoming events include a Networking Reception at the MBA Commercial/Multifamily Servicing and Tech Conference in Phoenix on May 21; and a networking event on June 7 in Washington, D.C., topic “Building Your Generational IQ.” mPact will also have an education track at the MBA National Advocacy Conference, coming up on June 20-21 in Washington, D.C.
