CoreLogic President/CEO Nallathambi Passes Away

Anand Nallathambi, who served as president and CEO of CoreLogic, Irvine, Calif., died on Mar. 2 after a brief illness. He was 55.

Anand was an outstanding leader, and we will miss his many talents, energy and can-do spirit. Our thoughts are with Anand’s family and friends.”

Mr. Nallathambi had gone on a leave of absence on Feb. 13; the company had named COO Frank Martel as acting president and CEO.

“Anand was truly a very special and unique man. Anand led the transformation of CoreLogic into a leader in the global housing ecosystem,” Martell said. “He was one of those extraordinary people that everyone loved and wanted to be around. I will so miss him–his great warmth, grace, integrity and our close friendship.”

Mr. Nallathambi was born in India. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Loyola University in Madras, India and an MBA from California Lutheran University.

Mr. Nallathambi served as president and CEO of CoreLogic since June 2010. Prior to that, he held various executive leadership positions with First Advantage Corp. and First American Corp.

Mr. Nallathambi served in volunteer capacities with many organizations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, Operation HOPE and the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton.

Nallathambi is survived by his wife and two children.
