Binkley Joins NCS as SVP Business Development
National Credit-reporting System Inc., Egg Harbor, N.J., hired Lisa Binkley as senior vice president of business development. She will lead NCS’s solution development team and support members of NCS’s sales team as a subject matter expert in multiple disciplines.
Prior to joining NCS, Binkley was senior vice president of client strategy and implementations at Platinum Data, which was recently purchased by Mercury Network. She also served as director of Mortgage Solutions with Equifax Workforce Solutions and as executive vice president with Rapid Reporting Verification Co., which was later acquired by Equifax.
SWBC Expands Payments Division
SWBC, San Antonio, announced that its financial institutions division expanded its payments division by hiring Jack “Ken” Ross as payments product manager and promoting Holley Sorenson to director of client support.
Ross is responsible for managing execution of the software product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams to deliver payment solutions to customers and performing market research to identify future product and industry opportunities. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in management, B2B sales and technology to his new role. Previously, he served as vice president of client services for a payment management platform provider, where he was responsible for client account management, product management, project implementation management and client support for a fully cloud-based SaaS payment and document management platform.
Sorensen is responsible for ensuring that the operations of customer support of the AutoPilot organization runs effectively by determining needs and analyzing areas of improvement, working with clients and cross-divisional teams to address escalated customer support issues and managing the quality of the online knowledge base and community. She has been with SWBC for more than seven years, serving previously as client support manager.
ClosingCorp Names Austin SVP of Sales, Business Development
ClosingCorp, San Diego, appointed Craig Austin senior vice president of Sales and Business Development, responsible for leading the sales organization, developing customer acquisition strategies and building and maintaining relationships with loan origination systems and industry settlement service portals.
Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Austin held sales and account management positions with RealEC Technologies/Black Knight Financial Services. Most recently he was vice president of sales where he was responsible for selling the RealEC platform to lenders across all lending channels.
K&L Gates Adds ReVeal to Consumer Financial Services Practice
The Washington, D.C. office of K&L Gates LLP hired John ReVeal as a partner in the consumer financial services practice. He joins K&L Gates from Bryan Cave LLP, where he was head of the retail banking practice.
ReVeal’s practice focuses on consumer protection regulation, banking law, and Bank Secrecy Act and related anti-money laundering matters. He advises banks and non-bank financial services companies on compliance and training issues arising under such laws as the Truth in Lending, Real Estate Settlement Procedures, Equal Credit Opportunity, Electronic Fund Transfers, Fair Credit Reporting, and Fair Debt Collection Practices acts, as well as state and federal consumer privacy requirements and unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices laws. Additionally, he assists clients with bank powers, formation and acquisition, non-bank financial services licensing, corporate governance and federal preemption matters.

Dikes, Production Manager, comes to PRMI with numerous years in the industry. Before joining PRMI, she previously served as Senior Account Executive, Production Manager, Branch Manager and Business Development for top mortgage companies across the country.
Crawford, Branch Manager, comes to PRMI with years of knowledge and leadership to anchor this branch. He most recently served as a top-producing loan originator for his previous employer.
Michigan Mutual Promotes Campbell to Director of Wholesale Lending
Michigan Mutual, Port Huron, Mich., promoted Greg Campbell to director of its wholesale sales division, responsible for supporting the existing national sales team as well as expanding the company’s national footprint.
Campbell began his career at MiMutual in 2002 as a marketing trainee.
