Survey participants receive 500+ pages of customized output reports comparing their firm to their peers, as well as a customized 60-slide summary presentation that shows their firm’s data compared to peer averages in graphical format–ready to use for strategic decision-making. The presentation also includes historical trends and analyses over time.   An integral component of the study is a two-day servicing operations forum, scheduled for May 10-11 in Washington, D.C. The forum is open to all mortgage servicers participating in the study and allows for the exchange of ideas and a better understanding of the data.
