Agents, Offices and Earnings Up: Real Estate Industry is in Expansion Mode

Big money is flooding the Southern California homeselling business, resulting in the biggest industry expansion since the recession hit eight years ago. Dustin Hobbs, spokesman for the California Mortgage Bankers Association, said association membership picked up in Orange County in the past year, making the area “once again a major hub of mortgage activity.”
