Don’t Miss Out: Participate in MBA 2016 Residential Compensation Survey Program
For more than a decade, the Mortgage Bankers Association has recommended participating in its annual Residential Mortgage Banking Compensation Survey Program.
The 2016 program will continue to be designed and administered by McLagan, an Aon Hewitt Company, a world-class compensation advisory firm. You won’t want to miss out; last year, this annual program extended its reach to more than 140 participating firms, making the compensation data even more robust.
The 2016 Residential Compensation Survey Program provides key data on more than 200 positions across the major functions/areas within the mortgage banking industry. The program includes three specialized compensation benchmark surveys focused on: 1) executive management and loan production, 2) loan servicing, and 3) corporate administration roles. Report output includes scoping factors such as geographic region, firm employee size, revenue, loan production volume and servicing portfolio size.
For more information, download the 2016 Residential Compensation Survey Program Overview and Participation Form: https://www.mba.org/Documents/2016 Residential Mortgage Banking_Overview_CCroskey.pdf. Registration and participation is required to receive results. MBA members receive an exclusive discount on all fees.
In addition to the survey program, MBA and McLagan will host the annual Human Resources Symposium Sept. 13-14. This interactive workshop offers a unique opportunity for residential lenders and servicers to learn from industry experts and their peers as we discuss compensation best practices and human resource trends.
