We will review documentation requirements and guide participants through different methods of analyzing collateral/appraisal requirements.

–Discuss responsibilities of the lender with regard to appraiser selection and management and with regard to appraisal review

–List documentation needed for an appraisal, including required forms, contracts and exhibits

–Summarize key areas of concern within each section of the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report
