Notice of MBA Annual Meeting and Distribution of Electonic Balloting

Continuing with recent practice, the Mortgage Bankers Association will once again elect its Officers and Directors electronically. All Regular Members will shortly receive an email ballot for the approval of the slate of Officers and At-Large Directors.

Authorized representatives of Regular Members on the books of MBA as of October 1, 2015 will receive ballots shortly thereafter. Under MBA’s bylaws, 2-1/2 percent of Regular Members are required to vote for the election to be effective. So–votes matter!

The ballot will be open for one week. It will be accessible on mobile devices. The email containing the ballot link will contain a randomly generated password for access to the ballot.

The MBA Annual Meeting will lead off the Annual Convention. It is scheduled for Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 5:15 p.m. PT in Ballroom 6 of the San Diego Convention Center on the Upper Level. At this session, the Officers and Directors will be sworn in.
