Fundamentals of Insurance, Issues, and Problems is a 90-minute program designed as an introductory course for new lender and servicing personnel, or as a refresher course for attendees who wish to revisit the fundamental concepts of commercial property and liability insurance.

This webinar will review important terminology such as Coinsurance, Agreed Value, Replacement Cost, Actual Cash Value, Ordinance and Law, Per Location Aggregate and other insurance terms. Evidence of insurance such as the ACORD 28, 27, 25 and the MBA form will be reviewed and discussed. The course will also focus on the “ten biggest insurance problems facing commercial real estate lenders and servicers.” This course is an excellent way to introduce your personnel to insurance issues they will face as commercial lenders and servicers.
