How It Works
To earn the CRI designation, a candidate must pass two exams: The Associate Designation is earned by passing the Level 1 exam which is focused on property issues, taxation and accounting; law, real estate analysis and valuation; underwriting mortgage loans and real estate due diligence. The Charter Designation is earned by passing the Level II examination which encompasses knowledge of capital market instruments, real estate asset management at the property and portfolio level and management and asset classes.
