These are self-paced, self-study courses. Enroll anytime and take up to 12 months to complete the course. Upon completion of each course, participants can earn 1/2 point towards the MBA Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation.

AML & SAR Compliance Training–Test & Certificate
The Treasury Department, through its Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), now requires nonbank residential mortgage lenders and originators to establish anti-money laundering programs and to file suspicious activity reports. The rule went into effect on April 16, 2012; RMLOs are being held to full compliance standards as of August 13, 2012. Mortgage Banking Primer introduces you to the field of mortgage banking. The primary focus of the course is residential mortgage banking. In this course, you will study the major players, regulations and processes involved in main areas of the mortgage lending cycle, including:
