MISMO Presents Candidates for Standards Governance Committee Election

MISMO announces candidates for its upcoming election for members of the MISMO Standards Governance Committee.  

Elected candidates will serve a two-year term beginning January and running through December 2017.  

The Standards Governance Committees are responsible for providing guidance to MISMO’s workgroups and standards development activities and maintaining the architectural consistency of the MISMO Standards.    

MISMO Standards Governance Candidates include:  

Residential Seats Candidates:

–GSE: David Barkley, Freddie Mac

–Residential Lender (2 seats): Patrick Hartford, Quicken Loans; David Pettigrew, Chase

–Origination Technology: Tim Anderson, Doc Magic

–Service Provider: Abdias Lira, Wolters Kluwer; Ethan Pack, Stewart Title; Christopher Vos, First American Title Insurance

–Servicing Tech: Randy Poirier, Black Knight Financial Services

–Technology Vendor: Charles Epperson, SigniaDocs

–Credit Reporting: Shawn Jobe, Factual Data

–Residential At Large: Helen McMillan, Core Logic; Mick Smothers, CAPCO  

Commercial Seats Candidates:

–Third-Party Service Provider: Steve Powel, SITUS  

Candidates will appear on the official MISMO Governance Committee Election Ballot. The ballot will be distributed to all designated MISMO Member Company Voting Representatives and Alternates on Friday, November 13.
