As the trend of returning to the office grows, organizations are tasked with establishing equitable guidelines for a hybrid workplace. It is important that during this transition we don’t lose sight of how the new office culture is being formed. Findings from Deloitte’s Women@Work 2022 study reveal that while 97% of C Suite believe women benefit from working from home, 70% say those who work flexible and/or remote schedules may be passed over for advancement, leading us to question the price to be paid for the benefit of working flexibly.
