Gantry’s Alicia Sabanero Elevated to Director

Gantry, San Francisco, has appointed Alicia Sabanero to a new role as director with the Los Angeles loan production team.

Sabanero will focus on developing, navigating and closing client assignments, along with remaining engaged in collaborative financings with other producers. She continues to be based in Los Angeles.

She joined Gantry in 2022, and previously was a project manager at Jerico Development Inc.

CBRE Names Justin Schultz Vice Chair

CBRE, Dallas, has named Justin Schultz as vice chair.

Schultz leads a team that specializes in advisory services for global organizations with complex real estate portfolios, with a particular focus on retail. He has also expanded his advisory role across clients’ broader portfolios, including industrial and office assets.

He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience.
