Walker & Dunlop Hires Mark Washington
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., has hired Mark Washington as managing director of capital markets, multifamily investment sales.
Washington will lead multifamily sales across the Pacific Northwest and will be based in Seattle.
He was previously executive vice president with CBRE’s capital markets team in the Pacific Northwest, focused on institutional multifamily investment sales. He has also held roles with Eastdil Secured, JLL and TH Real Estate.
JLL Announces Multiple Personnel Updates

JLL, Chicago, has welcomed Marsha McVicker as the solutions development principal of the firm’s healthcare division.
McVicker will be responsible for developing growth strategies for the division.
She has more than 25 years of experience serving healthcare systems, and previously served as the founder and CEO of Love Your Life Assistance, a concierge-tech and AI-enabled support platform.
Additionally, JLL announced the appointments of Becci Curry as global head of strategy, quality management and institutional lead and Eric Durden as U.S. head of value and risk advisory.
Curry was previously with CBRE, where she served as the Americas executive leader for quality management. She was also previously with Columbia State Bank and is involved in various organizations within the appraisal industry.
Durden also comes to JLL from CBRE, where he served as the leader of the valuation and advisory services south division.
