Grandbridge Real Estate Capital Launches Master Servicing Platform
Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Charlotte, N.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of Truist Bank and its parent company, Truist Financial Corp., has launched a Master Servicing platform.
It marks a significant expansion in Grandbridge’s commercial mortgage servicing capability.
It secured Master Servicer ratings after completing the review process with all major rating agencies. The reviews confirm it has the controls, people and infrastructure to manage commercial mortgage loans through their full life cycles.

CBRE Introduces Experience by Industrious
CBRE, Dallas, launched Experience by Industrious, a new brand and operating model to double down on the company’s workplace hospitality services.
It brings together more than 7,000 CBRE employees already delivering front-of-house services. It runs the experience of being in a building–including arrivals, interactions, service recovery, culinary strategy and other partnerships.
Anna Squires Levine is CBRE’s first Global Head of Experience Services and will be leading the initiative. She previously worked with Industrious, which CBRE acquired in early 2025.
