Greystone Names Nicholas Gesue COO

Greystone, New York, announced that Nicholas Gesue was named chief operating officer. 

Gesue oversees daily operations across Greystone’s lending, servicing and asset management businesses.

He brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling national CRE finance platforms. He was previously CEO of NewPoint Real Estate Capital and CEO of ORIX Real Estate Capital and held multiple leadership roles at Lancaster Pollard, including CEO and chief credit officer. He has also held roles at Lument Capital.

M&T Realty Capital Corp. Taps Sarah Hudak as Business Strategy and Transformation Director

M&T Realty Capital Corp., Baltimore, named Sarah Hudak business strategy and transformation director.

Hudak will be responsible for shaping the long-term direction of the business, leading strategic planning and capability building to strengthen RCC’s competitive positioning and support sustainable growth.

She brings more than 18 years of experience in commercial banking and credit leadership, and joined M&T Bank in 2007. She most recently served as director of credit product delivery support in Commercial Administration, where she led initiatives to modernize credit processes, enhance risk governance and improve execution across the commercial credit lifecycle.

CBRE, Dallas, announced Nishant Bagadia has joined as global head of partnerships for energy and sustainability.

In this role, he will oversee the global partner ecosystem across CBRE’s energy and sustainability services.

Bagadia has more than 15 years of partnerships experience at the intersection of commercial growth, technology, energy and sustainability. He previously worked for Breakthrough Energy and Salesforce.

He has more than two decades of corporate real estate experience. Prior to joining JLL in 2006, he worked for The Beck Group and served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force.
