Distressed commercial real estate assets require a coordinated approach to evaluation, risk mitigation, and resolution. This MBA Education webinar provides mortgage professionals with a practical framework for navigating the due diligence process in pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, and REO scenarios.

Participants will learn how lenders, servicers, appraisers, attorneys, and environmental/engineering consultants assess asset condition, identify drivers of distress, and determine the most appropriate workout or disposition strategy. The program covers key topics such as appraisal timing, environmental liability considerations, property condition assessments, construction status reviews, and other critical due diligence components.

The session incorporates current regulatory developments, evolving environmental standards, and industry best practices to help organizations protect collateral value and support successful resolution outcomes.
