MBA Introduces CRE Servicing Solutions Conference
The Mortgage Bankers Association is rolling out a reimagined MBA CRE Servicing Solutions Conference–formerly known as MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Servicing and Technology Conference–to be held May 17-20 in San Diego.
“The MBA Servicing and Technology Conference has been renamed the CRE Servicing Solutions Conference to better reflect the full breadth of the commercial real estate servicing ecosystem,” said MBA Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Finance Kelli Burke. “CRE servicing extends far beyond any single function. At its core, it is driven by people, supported by processes, and enabled by solutions across the entire life cycle of a loan, including closing, operations, asset management, accounting, investor reporting and more. The new name recognizes the interconnected nature of this work and the collaboration required across teams, disciplines, and service providers.”
“By evolving the conference name, MBA is acknowledging the depth and diversity of expertise its members bring to the market and the critical role people play in delivering effective servicing solutions,” Burke continued. “The CRE Servicing Solutions Conference more accurately represents the wide range of talent, perspectives and innovation that power strong servicing outcomes and support a healthy commercial real estate finance industry.”
