Robert Koontz Joins CBRE
CBRE, Dallas, announced that Robert Koontz has joined as senior managing director, head of multifamily debt capital markets, within the Debt and Structured Finance team.
Koontz brings more than 25 years of capital markets and structured finance experience. He spent 17 years with Freddie Mac, most recently as head of multifamily capital markets.
Earlier in his career he held roles at Wachovia Securities and Banc of America Securities.
Gantry Promotes Joe Foley to Director

Gantry, San Francisco, has promoted Joe Foley to the role of director within the firm’s client-facing loan production team.
Foley will relocate from San Francisco to Los Angeles, and in the role will focus on developing new client assignments and a self-directed book of commercial real estate finance business. He will also collaborate across Gantry’s national loan production teams.
Foley joined Gantry in 2023 as an associate. His experience includes permanent, bridge and construction loans across all asset categories, including industrial, self-storage, retail, multifamily, office and mixed-use property types.

PLG Hires Christian DeLisle
PACE Loan Group, Minneapolis, has hired Christian DeLisle as a senior vice president-originations.
DeLisle most recently worked for PACE Equity as an originator.
He also previously worked as a CRE lender at Truist Bank, along with roles at FVCbank and Forbright Bank.
DeLisle will be based in the Washington, D.C., area.
Apprise by Walker & Dunlop Welcomes John Blaser

Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., has added John Blaser as managing director in the Mountain Region.
Blaser brings nearly 20 years of experience valuing multifamily and complex commercial assets across the Western U.S. Previously he led valuation operations throughout the Intermountain West for BBG Real Estate Services and previously held leadership roles with PGP Valuation and Colliers International.
He will be based in Salt Lake City and will help drive Apprise’s continued growth throughout the mountain region.
JLL Continues to Expand Healthcare Platform With Additions of Carey Sealy, Ben Bailey

JLL, Chicago, has added Carey Sealy in the Healthcare Division’s new Ambulatory and Outpatient Services team and Ben Bailey in the Integrated Health and Insurance and Payor segments.
Sealy now oversees two practices within JLL’s Work Dynamics Healthcare division focused on ambulatory and outpatient care, and maintains strategic oversight of Healthcare Compliance Services and ATG. She previously served as the JLL global head of operational excellence for Work Dynamics and has three decades of experience.
Bailey is now a managing director, leading both the Integrated Health segment focusing on serving health systems that deliver the full continuum of care and Insurance and Payor team comprising health insurers. Previously, he led JLL’s Insurance sector and has a more than 20-year history in facilities and construction.
