JLL Announces Multiple Personnel Appointments
JLL, Chicago, announced the appointment of Alexandra Bryant as CEO of JLL Value and Risk Advisory.
She has more than 20 years of experience at JLL, and brings expertise from her roles as global head of strategy and corporate development and global head of strategy and operations for capital markets.

Bryant will be responsible for spearheading the transformation of JLL’s valuation business into a scalable, AI-enhanced solution that amplifies human expertise with real-time data insights.
Additionally, JLL appointed Martine Combal to executive director and national business development lead for its government and education advisory practice within JLL Work Dynamics.
Combal will continue to serve as a project executive for major accounts and will assist with the growth of JLL’s federal, state and local consulting and transaction services.
Andrew Cohen, Shane Hogan, Appointed to Senior VP Positions at M&T RCC
M&T Realty Capital Corp., Baltimore, has appointed Andrew Cohen and Shane Hogan as senior vice presidents of loan originations.

Both will be based in the New York City office and focus on nationwide loan origination.
Cohen joins with more than 15 years of experience in multifamily financing. He was most recently executive director at Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital Group.
Hogan has two decades of experience in the industry, and also joins from Wells Fargo, where he was executive director and senior lead commercial mortgage banker.
SitusAMC Promotes Andrew Smith

SitusAMC, New York, announced the promotion of Andrew Smith to senior director, head of operations, within the company’s Commercial Real Estate Servicing and Asset Management division.
Smith will oversee SAM’s operational verticals, including loan and collateral operations, treasury functions and credit analytics.
He has previously held several leadership roles at the firm, including director of strategic planning and senior vice president, comptroller.
Peachtree Welcomes Lindsay Monge

Peachtree Group, Atlanta, has appointed Lindsay Monge executive vice president of asset management. He will oversee the firm’s hospitality and real estate assets, driving performance, strategic planning and value creation across the portfolio.
He brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the field, most recently as president of Seaview Investors.
He previously spent nearly 16 years as Sunstone Hotel Investors and has worked for MagnaFLow and Alpha Wave Investors, among other firms.
Gantry Adds New Directors
Gantry, San Francisco, announced that Austin Ridge and Zach Wagner have been promoted from associates to directors within the firm’s market-facing loan production staff.

They will focus on developing, navigating and closing client assignments while also remaining engaged in collaborative financings as part of Gantry’s national production team.
Ridge is based in Gantry’s Los Angeles office. He has been with Gantry since 2020.
Wagner is based in Gantry’s Upstate New York office in Buffalo, and joined Gantry in 2022.
