Peachtree Group Adds Billy Gilchrist as Senior Vice President, Originations

Peachtree Group, Atlanta, has added Billy Gilchrist as senior vice president of originations.

He will be responsible for originating commercial real estate and hotel investments across the company’s platform.

Gilchrist has more than a decade of leadership experience in finance, real estate and hospitality. He was previously at ARK, and has held roles at the Hotel Development and Management Group, Insight Credit Union and BB&T.

Greystone Adds Joe James as Head of Asset Management

Greystone, New York, has added Joe James as head of asset management for bridge lending.

James is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Greystone’s healthcare and multifamily bridge loan asset management platform.

He has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He was previously Co-Chief Credit Officer at Preston Hollow Capital, and has worked for Frontier Equity/Holt Lunsford Commercial and GE Real Estate Capital.

JLL Value and Risk Advisory Adds Casey Burns

JLL, Chicago, announced its Value and Risk Advisory platform has added Casey Burns as an Executive Director, based in Austin, Texas.

Burns will focus on industrial property valuations, primarily in the Texas and Southwest region.

He has more than 15 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience and spent the past 12 years at CBRE. He has also worked for KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services Group.
