Send requests in writing to the attention of “mPact Summit Registration Substitutions” to Jacky Salazar and will include a $50 processing fee. In order to guarantee that your name will appear on the final registration list, your substitution request must be received on or before Aug. 1, 2025.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Send requests in writing to “mPact Cancellations” to Jacky Salazar. See below for the refund schedule. Received on or before July 2, 2025: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Received July 3 – July 18, 2025: Refund of 50% of the registration fee. Received after July 18, 2025: No refunds after this date.
