Greystone Receives MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Educator of the Year Award

HOLLYWOOD, FLA.–Greystone, New York, received MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Educator of the Year Award at MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Finance Servicing and Technology conference.

MBA Senior Vice President of Commercial/Multifamily Policy and Strategic Industry Engagement Jamie Woodwell noted the award recognizes MBA Commercial/Multifamily companies that exemplify a commitment to learning and development.

“In particular, the organization’s culture of, and commitment to, learning and professional development,” Woodwell said. “Its curriculum of training programs tied to helping employees achieve job-relevant accreditations and enhance career development. And its focus on outcomes-based learning programs that are innovative and holistic in their support of employee career growth and leadership development.”

Woodwell noted Greystone hit all these criteria and then some. “They have invested $4.4 million in a range of learning platforms and skill development programs,” he said. “From mentoring to professional certifications to leadership development, they are demonstrating a remarkable commitment to their employees and the people they serve. Their learning management system facilitated over 12,000 course completions in 2023 and enrollments continue at that level. The name of that system is Greystone University.”
