JLL Makes Multiple Personnel Announcements
JLL, Chicago, announced Sean Coghlan as Head of Investor Relations.
Coghlan previously led Global Research and Strategy for Capital Markets. In his new role, he will be responsible for advancing JLL’s strategic investor relations initiatives, among other tasks.
Coghlan has been with JLL since 2010, and has held several leadership positions.
Additionally, Travis McCready was promoted to JLL’s Head of Industries, Leasing Advisory.
McCready will now oversee brokerage and advisory for JLL’s global industry verticals, including Aerospace and Defense, Data Centers, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Sciences and Technology.
He has more than 25 years of experience leading various organizations, and joined JLL in 2020 as Head of Life Sciences, Americas market.
And, Matt Coursen has been named the firm’s new U.S. Healthcare Lead, Leasing Advisory.
Coursen has been with JLL since 2005, and most recently served as the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Lead.
CBRE Announces Leadership Appointments

CBRE, Dallas, announced three leadership appointments within its Property Management division.
Kim Berg has been appointed as the Americas Property Management Regional Lead for CBRE’s West region. Previously, she served as Senior Managing Director of Property Management in the Pacific Northwest. She has been with CBRE since 2007.
Tom Lloyd is now Americas Property Management Regional Lead for the East Region. He was previously CBRE’s Senior Managing Director of Investor Services in the New York City market. He has been with CBRE since 2016.
Kristi Rankin has been promoted to Head of U.S. Property Management Operations. She has been with CBRE since 2020.
Todd Stofflet Joins Lument

Lument, New York, announced the addition of Todd Stofflet, as a Managing Director in the firm’s growing real estate investment sales team.
Stofflet will focus on multifamily transactions in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
He was previously with Walker & Dunlop, where he led the firm’s Midwest Investment Sales team. He has also worked with Cushman & Wakefield and brings more than 25 years of investment sales experience to Lument.
Merchants Capital Expands Team

Merchants Capital, Carmel, Ind., announced the addition of Andrew Weil and Justin Ginsberg, both named Executive Vice President of Originations.
They will work to enhance Merchants Capital’s national multifamily and affordable housing debt and equity footprint.
Weil and Ginsberg have worked together in the affordable housing industry for more than 30 years, including with Centerline Capital Group and Grandbridge.
