JLL Work Dynamics Adds Consumer Goods, Services Division
JLL, Chicago, announced the formation of the Consumer Goods and Services division within the Work Dynamics Americas organization.
It will be led by Division President Matt Weko, and reflects a focus on retail, consumer products, media and entertainment, professional services and telecommunications organizations.
“Organizing JLL’s expertise and skills around specific industries allows our teams to collaborate on common industry processes, technologies, regulations and sustainability ambitions, while leveraging JLL’s strong global platform,” Weko said. “The Consumer Goods and Services division will provide organizations with best-in-class solutions and services, addressing the unique challenges faced by companies in retail, consumer products, media, telecom and professional services industries.”

LightBox, Irvine, Calif., announced the launch of True Owner, a solution to provide verified ownership details, corporate officer information and direct contact data in one platform.
It is designed for professionals in commercial real estate, finance, insurance and utilities, among others, and solves the problem of identifying actual decision makers behind a commercial property. Ownership is often registered under LLCs, making it difficult to determine who is responsible for an asset, along with the correct contact information.

Merchants Mortgage Moves Chicago-Area Team
Merchants Bank, Carmel, Ind., announced its Illinois-based team members of Merchants Mortgage will now operate from brand new offices within Oak Brook, a Chicago suburb.
The new space will support a growing team as Merchants expands its presence across the metro area and state. It will be focused on residential lending and residential construction lending.
