JLL Releases Multiple Personnel Announcements
JLL, Chicago, has released a number of personnel announcements.
Alex Walton has joined JLL’s Phoenix Capital Markets office as a Senior Director. He will specialize in multi-housing debt advisory transactions. He most recently served as a Senior Vice President at CBRE.
Wyatt Krapf has been hired as Senior Director in the Tampa office. He will specialize in hotel debt and equity placement transactions throughout North America, and debt coverage across all asset classes in Central Florida. He has more than a decade of experience in the industry, including roles with HFF, Berkadia and Hodges Ward Elliott.
Nina Farrell has been promoted to Executive Director in the Government and Education division of JLL Work Dynamics. She’ll lead the national advisory practice within the division. She has more than a decade of experience in higher education and public sector commercial real estate.
Merchants Bank Adds Jay Arana as a Senior Business Development Officer

Merchants Bank, Carmel, Ind., has added Jay Arana as a Senior Business Development Officer in the Small Business Administration Lending division. He will be based in Southington, Conn.
Arana will create strategies to generate new business, and originate SBA 7(a) and 504 loans.
He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial lending for financial institutions, including with Everwise Credit Union, Sun State Bank and Growth Commercial Capital.
Greystone Adds New Directors

Greystone, New York, announced the addition of Corley Audorff and Josh Williams as Directors.
They will be based in Atlanta and will focus on loan originations for multifamily and senior housing/healthcare assets.
Audorff was previously Senior Vice President of Production at Colliers Mortgage, and has held roles at PGIM Real Estate, Monticello Asset Management and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Williams also was previously at Colliers Mortgage, and has also held roles at PGIM Real Estate and Monticello Asset Management.
Northmarq Welcomes Bryan Ley

Northmarq, Minneapolis, announced the addition of Bryan Ley as Managing Director in the Commercial Investment Sales division, based in Los Angeles.
He will co-lead Northmarq’s newly formed National Shopping Center Group.
Ley has more than 20 years of experience, including working the past 17 years at JLL and predecessor HFF. He has also worked at Sperry Van Ness.
