Greystone Selects co-COOs, Appoints New Head of Agency Lending

Greystone, New York, announced the selection of co-Chief Operating Officers, Chip Hudson and Greg Lyss.

Hudson was previously CEO of Greystone’s agency lending platform.

Lyss was previously Chief Investment Officer for the firm.

Charlie Baxter, who previously served as both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Credit Officer for Greystone’s agency lending program, is now CEO for Greystone’s agency lending platform.

JLL Makes Two Personnel Announcements

JLL, Chicago, announced that Nick Unkovic has been appointed Senior Managing Director and co-head of JLL’s Pittsburgh Capital Markets team. He will work alongside Senior Managing Director Mark Popovich.

Unkovic has been with JLL since working as a summer intern at HFF (the predecessor firm of JLL). He has spent more than a decade with the firm.

Additionally, Matt Stewart has been appointed Senior Managing Director and co-head of its Orange County, Calif., office. He will lead alongside Senior Managing Director Greg Brown.

Rawle Howard

Stewart has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, and also began his time at JLL as an intern for HFF. He most recently served as a Managing Director responsible for originating and executing debt and equity advisory assignments for clients across the U.S.

Mount Street Names Rawle Howard to Head U.S. Platform

Mount Street Group, New York, announced Rawle Howard as Head of Mount Street U.S.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

Howard most recently served as the Founder of CREcentric. He has also worked for the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and BlackRock Financial Management.

Drew Anderman

CBRE Announces Appointments

CBRE, Dallas, announced it has added Drew Anderman as a Vice Chairman in New York City, expanding its U.S. Debt and Structured Finance business.

Anderman joins CBRE from Meridian Capital Group, where he spent the past 11 years leading the firm’s high-performing brokerage teams.

Mindy Berman

Additionally, CBRE announced that Mindy Berman has joined as an Executive Vice President with the firm’s Healthcare Capital Markets team. She brings extensive experience in health care real estate, corporate finance and structured finance.

She most recently founded and led JLL’s health care capital markets team.

Peachtree Hires Jordan Hylton

Jordan Hylton

Peachtree Group, Atlanta, announced it has hired Jordan Hylton as Senior Vice President of Multifamily Acquisition to lead the firm’s Delaware Statutory Trust multifamily investments.

It also announced the expansion of its DST platform to include investments in multifamily properties.

Hylton has more than two decades of experience and most recently served as Senior Director at New York Life Real Estate Investors.
