Cushman & Wakefield Announces Personnel Updates

Cushman & Wakefield, New York, announced Robert Thornburgh as Regional President, Southwest Region, and Todd Savage as Executive Managing Director of Office Investment Sales in Dallas.

Thornburgh will lead established and emerging markets in the region, which includes Southern California, Nevada, Phoenix, Ariz., Colorado, Utah and Idaho. He previously served as the Chief Executive of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

Savage has more than two decades of experience in the industry and will represent institutional office investors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He will work to expand investment sales across Texas. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL.

Access Point Financial Names Michelle O’Brien Managing Director of Structured Finance

Access Point Financial, Atlanta, has added Michelle O’Brien as Managing Director of Structured Finance.

She will pursue opportunities within the capital markets community, including APF’s new mezzanine GAP financing product for hotels in the conduit world.

Previously, O’Brien held multiple positions with Trilogy Investment. She’s also worked for Stonehill and LWHA.

Peachtree Group Names Michael Brunner EVP, Credit Investments

Peachtree Group, Atlanta, announced Michael Brunner as Executive Vice President, Credit Investments.

He will be tasked with elevating Peachtree’s credit platform and driving its strategic growth initiatives.

Brunner has more than 25 years of experience, including with ATLAS SP Partners. He has also held roles with Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan.

Jason Brown Joins Greystone

Greystone, New York, has added Jason Brown as a Managing Director.

Brown will be based in Indianapolis and will focus on providing multifamily financing solutions across Greystone’s range of debt platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, bridge and CMBS, and debt and equity placement services.

Previously, he was a Managing Director at Berkadia, and has worked for CBRE Capital Markets, iCap Realty Advisors and Fifth Third Bank
